Artificial Intelligence (AI) in recruitment –

In simple words means, implementation of software that will execute tasks like sourcing, screening & scheduling including decision making, visual & vocal recognition & translation. In the recruitment process, the most challenging part is identifying the right candidate from the pool of applicants. AI provides a great way for a recruiter to quickly and efficiently select the right candidate from the pool.

Role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven automated recruitment workflow is:
